MKHS Alliance AP Scholarship (Due 10/14/2025)
Attention all MKHS Students taking AP classes. MK Alliance's 2025 AP Scholarship is here! In order to apply, you must be taking 2 or more AP classes (unless taking AP Art History). Each winner will receive ONLY 1 scholarship for ONE AP test for any subject/department. Recipients must attend our meeting on February 25th, 2026, at 6 PM in the cafeteria.
*Recipients who have already paid for their tests will be reimbursed for only ONE of the tests that they applied for.

Youth Truth Survey
Mark Keppel High School will be launching the YouthTruth Survey starting now, Thursday, Oct 2nd. It is important that one parent from each student's household completes the survey as soon as possible. The data collection will be utilized to identify areas for growth. Alternative Income Form
Help ensure our school receives the maximum amount of federal funds by completing the Alternative Income Form (AIF). Public Outreach Session: Garvey Ave. Improvement Project
The City of Monterey Park invites you and your families to join us for upcoming Public Outreach Sessions on the Garvey Avenue Improvement Project. Garvey Avenue is a vital east-west corridor that provides the connectivity to Monterey Park’s downtown area and community facilities to the heart of the City’s residential areas.
The project will improve capacity and operations, and add bicycle and pedestrian mobility enhancements along Garvey Avenue between Atlantic Boulevard and New Avenue. This project also includes new bikeways and mobility improvements along Newmark Avenue and Emerson Avenue parallel to Garvey Avenue.

PSAT Test: 10th and 11th Grade Students!
MKHS will be offering the PSAT / NMSQT to interested 11th & 10th grade students on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. If you're interested in taking the PSAT / NMSQT at MKHS, please submit the Student Interest Form no later than 4:00 pm Friday, September 19, 2025. Click on the title to access the Interest form.
The first 204 students to submit the interest form will be assigned a space for the PSAT. Priority will be given to 11th grade students. If you miss this deadline, you will be put on a waitlist.
