Make Up Book Distribution

If you need to pick up, return, or exchange, please come to the front of the school on Monday August 17th, from 1pm to 3pm.

Textbook and Tech Distribution

The distribution process will begin on August 3rd by grade level. Please click on the link above for your student’s specific date, time, and directions. Reminder, if you are in need of a Chromebook, please complete the form found on the link below - TECHNOLOGY REQUEST FORM - by Sunday, 8/2.

STUDENT SCHEDULE REVIEW INFORMATION

Tentative class schedules will be released on Monday, July 27th at 2pm. Please log into the Parent/Student Portal to view your schedule. Check your email and the school website for detailed information regarding scheduling virtual appointments with your counselor.

Welcome Back!

Welcome back to the 2020-2021 school year! We know that this will be a year unlike any other. Last Friday, the Superintendent announced that all Alhambra Unified Schools will start the year in Distance Learning. Even though we are disappointed that we will not be able to see students in person, we understand that the health and safety of students and staff is the top priority. We have spent the summer months planning for all possible scenarios and are confident that students will receive robust instruction during Distance Learning. Please take note of the dates in the attached email as we prepare for the first day of school on August 12th. Information will also be posted on our school website.We are looking forward to a healthy and successful year, no matter the circumstances. MKHS is a resilient community and together we will navigate this extraordinary experience and come out stronger.

REMAINING LOCKER ITEMS

Please be reminded that if your ID number is on the attached list (click title to view), we still have some items from your student’s locker. All locker items need to be picked up by July 24th or they will be disposed of after the 24th. Please follow these directions for picking up items:
Call the Business and Activities before you come to the school. (626) 943-6720
Drive to the front of the school and call the office again when you arrive and someone will come out with your items.
The office will be open Monday through Friday from 9am -2pm.

Immunizations REQUIRED for 2020-2021 Enrollment

Just a reminder to all parents and community members, it is important that children maintain current immunizations. Updated and current immunizations are required for enrollment and attendance at public schools.
