-Each body paragraph will provide an example from the book that supports the theme and should include 1 piece of textual evidence that support the theme (so total of 3 text evidence in the entire essay minimum).

On a google doc, list the title and author of the book you have chosen. Once you choose a book you must keep that book.

Divide the total number of chapters or pages into 4 parts. List your four sections and the due dates.
For example:
Due date 1 Sept 1st Ch. 1-5 or pgs. 1-100 (this will depend on how long your book is)
Due date 2 Sept 15 Ch.6-10 or pgs. 101-199

You will be required to do 4 assignments related to this independent reading book. You have two weeks to complete each assignment. I will post each assignment as a separate entry into google classroom. You may read/do the assignments as fast or slowly as you look but must meet all the deadlines.
