For your final you will be building your own workout and we will be performing them as a class. I will play the music and interval timer and we will all follow our individual workouts. Cameras will be expected to be turned for our last class activity together! 😃

The template for the workout is:

Create a workout to do this weekend to stay in shape :)

#1: Choose a type of workout: Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Total Body, HIIT, Yoga, Cardio, etc.

#2: Develop a workout routine:
- choose at least 10 different exercises
- determine the number of reps and sets or the time intervals (Example: 45 sec on, 15 sec off OR 20 reps each exercise for 3 sets - Don't use these examples, COME UP WITH YOUR OWN) You can create a tabata workout, pyramid workout, regular interval training, the options are endless!
- I have attached examples for you to look at - note that these examples are much shorter than the requirement for this assignment
