This is only the first part of your project and this is what is due for this week. This should be a collaborative effort (all participants, if someone is not doing their part, I need to know as soon as you know or else the group is responsible for the missing sections.)

People can work in pairs or individually as long as all the parts of the project get done. If one person is doing all the work, then that one person will get all the points so just do your part. If someone insists on working alone, more than one story or current event can be done so that everyone in the group has his or her own video or slides. IF there is any evidence of plagiarism from the internet or otherwise, your section will not be accepted (0%). If you look at a source, cite it to cover your bases. Wikipedia is not a credible source and will not be accepted as proof of originality. Everyone needs to speak in order to get the points for this project.
