To participate, Mark Keppel student-athletes must complete the following:
ALL MEDICAL FORMS MUST BE COMPETED ONLINE FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR.

TO BE CLEARED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF MKHS'S ATHLETICS, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ONLINE MEDICAL FORM SUBMITTED AND CLEARED BY THE NURSE BEFORE YOUR FIRST PRACTICE.
